Job Title: Delivery Boy
Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Delivery Boy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of goods to our customers while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Deliver orders to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
Safely operate company vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery and collect payments when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns in a professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.
Keep accurate records of deliveries and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
Assist with loading and unloading goods as needed.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle.
Strong familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
High school diploma or equivalent.
